Here is a hardware repairing solution for LG Optimus L5-II E460 Insert Sim Problem with making jumpers. I'll suggest you to clean the motherboard with original CTC or thinner so that there is no water damage on the board. Then trace the IC's and make jumpers as shown in the picture.
